There’s no gentler way to treat and preserve fruit like as for the fruit compotes by Unterweger family. Selected fruits are sprinkled with a light sugar water and preserved by pasteurisation. The compote is suitable particularly well as a light dessert, but also for further processing in sweet desserts, pies and cakes.
